I have included the initial literature review and included six other documents that could help support the project. If you find additional quantitative data that will support the project, I would appreciate the help. The overall project aims to provide an support educational intervention to increase knowledge and awareness of workplace violence (WPV) and create an awareness of how to report WPV a reporting structure. The program Midas is where staff can (WPV) or critical incidents to request resources. Education on policy, resources, and awareness of WPV is essential to making the project successful.

Resources include the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), psychological support, counseling, medical treatment for a work injury, psychological first aid/Critical Incident Stress Management debriefings, and Peer-to-peer support for providers.

I have provided the original document I submitted and the feedback from the instructor. I will also provide the grading rubric.

I have provided the PowerPoint that will be used to educate Administrative Supervisors and leadership, and the five pages of handouts. The pre/post survey will include questions such as:

Have you ever experienced WPV?
If so, did you report the WPV?
Have you heard of psychological first aid?

After the training:

Do you feel confident with Look, Listen, Link?
Did you find the education purposeful?
Did education provide additional listening skills?
Following education, do you know how to report WPV/Critical incidents?

Please reach out to me if you have any questions!
