Explain your overall impression and conclusions. Exactly how well does it protect the rights of LGBTQA elders? What modifications, if any, would you suggest be made to your state’s Resident Bill of Rights to ensure the older adults, including those with dementia, have opportunities to express their sexuality in an appropriate manner?
